+39 Pizzeria e Antipasteria is looking for a talented Chef de Partie, inspired and experienced with Italian cuisine. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded Chef de Partie with a passion for food and excellent communication skills to join this reputable restaurant located in the heart of the CBD.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Checking portion and waste control
- Compliance with the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Skills and experience required for the role include:
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality or equivalent or extensive experience in lieu of the formal qualification;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, as part of a dynamic kitchen team;
• Excellent organisational skills with motivation to deliver the best;
• No less than 3-years employment experience in a similar environment and with a focus on Italian cooking.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum depending on skills and experience
