Over the years the team have worked tirelessly to design menus that push culinary boundaries, showcasing the best of the Peninsula's ingredients in a beautiful restaurant.Traveller's of all sorts come and go, from small groups heading down the coast for the weekend, to locals in the area popping in for a wine with friends.As a Chef de Partie you will know how to run a section whilst supporting a proven Head Chef whilst guiding a small kitchen team across a 80 seater restaurant that is busy most days of the week.The candidate who will flourish in this position will have a desire to progress to higher levels and will welcome professional development.What's in it for you?
