About the role
A position has become available for a Chef de Partie to join the team and step into a senior position to continue their career development and support our management in achieving our goals in the restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for elevated cuisine, dish creation, and providing guests with an amazing culinary and dining experience. You will have a wide range of preparation and cooking skills, be familiar with the operation of a busy kitchen, strong knowledge of produce, techniques, and the ability to prepare and create beautiful dishes.
You will be an organised team player who is proud of their work ethic, always keen to support others, and diligent in performing duties to the highest standards.

Skills and experience
- Have a confident understanding of contemporary dining principles.
- Experience in fine-dining venues and tasting menu concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual & well-presented.
- A team player with excellent work ethic.
- Genuine desire to progress your career & continue to learn
- Be available to work weekends
- Own transport required.
