AddressTrinity Residential College is a ‘home away from home’ for over 410 tertiary education students. Located on campus at the University of Western Australia, we offer an all-inclusive student accommodation experience for both international and domestic students. With beautifully lush and spacious grounds, at ‘Trin’ we are renowned for our vibrant community and supportive culture while being conveniently located close to the Swan River and Perth CBD.
You will be working alongside a professional and talented team to create and deliver an innovative, creative and healthy menu and assisting with functions when required.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be a qualified Chef, with a minimum 5 years’ experience preferably within a similar environment.
- Be able to work effectively both within a team and independently.
- Be willing to contribute to menu ideas that explore various cuisines.
- Have a genuine passion for food.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have strong allergen awareness.
- Have immaculate personal appearance and presentation in the workplace.
- Possess excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.
- Have experience in bulk cooking (desirable but not essential)
- Have function catering experience (desirable but not essential)
