Chef De Partie Roys by Gemelli

We are looking to immediately fill a permanent full-time position of Chef De Partie.

The duties you will be expected to complete in this position include but are not limited to:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes as per our standards in the assigned section
• Making menus suggestions
• Ensure patron satisfaction & experience by delivering dishes to expectation
• Monitoring stock level and assist with ordering accordingly to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Monitoring food preservation and rotation to ensure minimal wastage
• Assisting and training kitchen staff in understanding dish preparation and ingredients when required
• Aiding in the selection and training of kitchen staff.
• Managing junior staff as required
• Ensuring health regulations are met at all times 

We require the following:

• Possess at least 2 years experience in a similar role 
• Be consistent and able to work well in a team
• Be able to perform well under pressure 

Salary: $70,000- 80,000pa + superannuation 

• Flexible hours available
• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Working rights required for this role
• Expected start date for role: 01 May 2024
• Expected salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per month
