We are looking to immediately fill a permanent full-time position of Chef De Partie.
The duties you will be expected to complete in this position include but are not limited to:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes as per our standards in the assigned section
- Making menus suggestions
- Ensure patron satisfaction & experience by delivering dishes to expectation
- Monitoring stock level and assist with ordering accordingly to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Monitoring food preservation and rotation to ensure minimal wastage
- Assisting and training kitchen staff in understanding dish preparation and ingredients when required
- Aiding in the selection and training of kitchen staff.
- Managing junior staff as required
- Ensuring health regulations are met at all times
We require the following:
- Possess at least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Be consistent and able to work well in a team
- Be able to perform well under pressure
Salary: $70,000- 80,000pa + superannuation
