Chef de Partie - sAme sAme

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for professional, energetic Chef de Partie to join our team of talented chefs at sAme sAme. We are looking for Chef de Partie’s who have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering a high-level of service. This will require:

• 2+ years' experience in fine dining or hatted venues
• Ability to learn new techniques and sections
• Experience in a busy and professional environment
• Good communication and attitude
• Organised with a love for well executed food
• Course completion of use hygienic practices for food safety and participate in safe food handling practices

Responsibilities

• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high-level product.
• Mise en place and breakdown.
• Section management.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.
• Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance
