We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to join our team. situated in the main street of McLaren Flat we are excited to be opening a new wine bar serving modern Australian food, Local wines, craft beer and spirts.
The Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a fast-paced, smaller kitchen/venue with the following skills:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- willing to work in an open kitchen
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- A professional attitude and a passion for food & wine
- Strong communication skills
- A la carte experience
