The Role:
As the Chef De Partie you will play a pivotal role in helping support and lead the kitchen team to success. Your responsibilities will include:
Pass and Grill Expertise: Showcase your culinary skills by taking command of the pass and grill with style, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets high standards.
Personality and Communication: Looking for more than just a chef; someone with personality who can communicate on the pass, and ensuring a collaborative kitchen environment.
Calm Under Pressure: In this busy restaurant, maintaining composure under pressure is key. Your ability to stay calm will set the tone for the kitchen team.
Hands-On Leadership: Be actively involved in running shifts and maintaining a hands-on approach during service to uphold the commitment to excellence.
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar with minimum 2 years of experience.
Strong expertise on the pass and grill, with a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse kitchen team.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
A creative flair, coupled with a understanding of cost control.
