Led by celebrated chef Javier Codina and front-of-house host François Le Savéant, Moda promises a unique dining experience with inspired rustic cuisine and impeccable service.
About the Role: We are currently hiring a Full-Time Chef De Partie who will be responsible for grilling and preparing our signature steaks in our open kitchen. The ideal candidate will have:
- Formal chef qualifications (Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery)
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar high-volume restaurant
- Proficiency in open fire cooking techniques
- Excellent understanding of health and safety standards and food hygiene
Skills & Experience: As a Chef De Partie, you will need:

- Willingness to learn and adapt
