is seeking Chef de Parties / Cooks / Commis chef

You will be able to assist the Head Chef in the smooth and efficient running of our kitchen operation.  

This position is full-time or casual.

We are looking for a candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• strong background in modern cooking
• understanding of OH&S 
• ability to maintain high & consistent food standards
• excellent cooking skills
• immaculate grooming and presentation
• organization, communication & training skills within a team environment
• a proven history of helping to maintain a kitchen to a high standard in areas of volume & quality

Work within a friendly, organized team with unlimited support from management.
