Zimt Patisserie is looking for energetic, experienced and passionate people who love food and coffee to join our busy family run Patisserie in Surrey Hills.
Zimt Patisserie has been a premier patisserie for Melbourne's foodies since 2004. We create extraordinary cakes, bread, pastries, pies, celebratory catering, high teas and our uniquely beautiful creations are baked fresh on site daily.

We are seeking a full time Junior Chef and a full time talented barista who is passionate about both food and coffee with great customer service skills.

Successful applicants will have full time availability Tuesday – Sunday and a keen attitude to join our team, be part of our story, to learn and contribute to growing our business alongside their career as a hospitality artisan.
The Junior Chef would be open minded, resilient and respectful of the time and effort it takes to be a professional pastry chef in high end hospitality. Ideally they would have some experience or have begun study in this area and have a long term commitment to learning this skills based trade.
The Barista role involves making lots of beautiful coffee, as well as till operation and food service to tables. People who love people and enjoy the satisfaction of providing flawless customer service would be ideal for this role.
We are looking for people who wants to be part of old fashioned hospitality with a track record of working well with a motivated team of professionals. No two days are ever the same at Zimt!
Both roles work closely with our management team, handling our beautiful cakes and customers, and some cleaning.
