AddressOur Charles O'Neill Hostel in Mayfield West, is on the lookout for a Chef Manager. This full time permanent Monday - Friday role manages the smooth operation of the home's commercial kitchen and dining service, enabling our residents to enjoy a variety of fresh, nutritious meals on a daily basis.
The big rocks of the role are
- Managing the provision of Nutritious meals
- Managing all kitchen resources within a budget
- Food safety + compliance in line with the Aged Care Quality standards
