We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Chef to be part of our fantastic Food & Beverage team at our RAAFA Clubl ocated on theRAAFA Estate Meadow SpringsnearMandurah. The RAAFA Club is the heartbeat of the estate and is a vibrant facility that boasts contemporary function rooms, meeting spaces and a casual, friendly, dining experience for members and their guests.

The role and you:
- You will maintain a well equipped commercial kitchen ensuring you meet the requirements of all of residents;
- You will efficiently and effectively assist in managing staff and budgetary requirements to deliver a superior quality of food;
- Maintain a hands on approach in food preparation and lead from the front in terms of a safe and quality meal service;
- Assist with stock control and rotation of stores;
- Take responsibility for the safety of the kitchen using management systems;
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement;
- Working knowledge of Food Safety (HACCP) guidelines and regulations;
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role;
- Ability to deliver outcomes in a commercial kitchen environment.
What you need to do:
Have Certificate III in Commercial cookery;
Have a valid "C" Class Drivers Licence;
Update your resume;
Be eligible to work in Australia;
Satisfactory National Police Certificate (on commencement of employment to be within six months from date of issue) or willing to obtain one;
Be up to date with your COVID 19 and flu vaccinations;
