As we continue to grow and delight our guests, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Chef to join our team. The role is full-time with a salary of $70,000 per annum plus superannuation. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Convenient location with accessible public transportation options. Task & Responsibilities Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. Create and execute innovative menu items while maintaining authenticity and integrity of Venezuelan cuisine.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet customer expectations and enhance dining experience. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a positive work environment. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize food quality and minimize waste.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, specials, and promotions. Monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.
Qualification & Experience Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment, preferably with expertise in Latin American or Venezuelan cuisine. Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff.
Creativity and passion for food, with a keen eye for detail and presentation. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
