The Position
- Provide leadership support & assist our onsite culinary teams across prestigious corporate, professional services & technology client portfolio in the Sydney CBD
- Showcase your culinary creativity, flexibility & mastery of a broad range of cuisines.
- Assist with stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring & training
- Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved
- Ensuring all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to the minimum
- Strong emphasis on modern, wellbeing, inspired menus with a focus on visual presentation.
- Maintain efficient operations across multi services and liaising with client and other key stakeholders
The person
- Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or above
- Unique set of skills that range from culinary arts to leadership abilities.
- Ability to take on new techniques & responsibilities and
- Attention to detail, great time management and flexibility to manage changing situations
- Have a genuine passion for using sustainable practices and local produce
- A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
- Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control
