Busy Beach Front Hotel
We are seeking an experienced qualified chef who is confident to work any section as required. 25+ hours per week in our seasonal beachfront hotel with extensive bistro.
Main duties include:
- Consistent standard of food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation in a fast paced environment.
- Maintaining high levels of food safety & cleanliness
- Confident working any section where required
