We currently have an excellent opportunity available at Cargo Restaurant, located in Docklands, open lunch and dinners, 7 days a week, including public holidays.

Seeking a dynamic experienced Chef/Cook to join our dedicated team.

• are available to work fulltime, both weekdays and weekends in a fast-paced environment
• have the ability to work and communicate within a fun & exciting team
• are skilled and are able to keep up with demand under pressure
• have a good and sound understanding of restaurant/customer service
• are reliability & possess a hardworking attitude
• are passionate about the food industry
• are punctual & enthusiastic
• have the ability to practice and maintain a safe work environment
• can perform stock control and rotation
• able to supervise apprentices and kitchen attendants
• have at least 2 years experience
• have Australian work rights

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Bar
• Restaurant

Shift:

• Flexible hours
• Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Docklands, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Certificate I - IV (Required)

Experience:

• Kitchen: 2 years (Required)
