days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 1400-21.30 with more available hours becoming available.
Cuisine is traditional Italian dishes working with home made pasta and other several other dishes. You will establish a working schedule and organize so the kitchen run's smooth for the service.
Requirement: 3 years experience as a chef . understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedure. Experience in Italian cuisine, be able to make home made pasta, sauces and dishes.
