Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a Clinical Educator to join our Education & Training Team in the Chemotherapy Unit on a part time, short term basis. The role is being offered up to 0.7 EFT (56 hours per fortnight) however is open to negotiation for the right candidate.
The Chemotherapy Unit is based at the Gippsland Cancer Care Centre at LRH and facilitates day infusions for oncology, haematology and chronic illnesses such as Crohns disease, Multiple Sclerosis, arthritis and immune disorders.
The Chemotherapy Clinical Educator is responsible for motivating the workforce in the delivery of excellence in clinical and professional standards of education and practice within the Chemotherapy Day Unit. Utilising your professional experience and knowledge of health education, you will work closely with the leadership teams to drive learning / teaching programs and trainings that support Latrobe Regional Health’s clinical and strategic objectives.

We are looking for candidates with:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of two years of recent Chemotherapy experience
- Excellent teaching / mentoring skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
