Chief Executive Officer

Located North East of Melbourne, in the Shire of Murrindindi, Menzies Support Services provides individualised, person-centred supports to individuals in the community.      Steeped in a 40-year history,  this not for profit provider plays an integral role in servicing approximately 350 older people and individuals with a disability in the region.
  
As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) you will be a visionary leader with the ability to work both strategically and operationally to drive business transformation, maximise and diversify funding streams.     You will demonstrate a high level of integrity, and a genuine commitment to partnering with the community, stakeholders, staff and the Committee of Management achieve strategic objectives. 
  
With access to facilities that have the potential to be used for a variety of purposes, this is an exceptional opportunity to innovate, review, improve, and expand programs to meet the needs of the community and drive financial sustainability.     We are seeking expressions of interest from candidates with strong commercial acumen combined with an understanding of the Community services sector in particular, Aged Care and NDIS funding models.   You will be known for your creative and innovative approach as well as demonstrating the following: 
  

• Strong financial literacy, commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Extensive Senior leadership experience gained from the community services sector
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, and consultative leadership style
• A track record of innovating and diversifying funding streams
• Highly developed stakeholder management skills
• The ability to engage, motivate and develop a collaborative team.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Health,  Disability,  Social Work or Business is preferred
