As a seasoned health executive, your role will involve shaping an ambitious strategic direction for Albury Wodonga Private Hospital. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion, while also taking on the responsibility of directly leading hospital management teams, cultivating, and maintaining strong relationships with Visiting Medical Officers and the developing a collaborative local community feel. You'll report to the VIC State Operations Manager and receive support from the Director of Clinical Services and Director of Finance. Your leadership will inspire your teams to uphold exceptional standards of customer service and clinical care while also leveraging your influence to drive necessary strategic changes.

Essential Criteria:
- Extensive senior management/executive experience.
- Collaborative stakeholder engagement ability.
- Strong business development, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Deep financial management expertise.
- Proficiency in team building, people development, and in achieving high performance.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Clinical studies, or relevant professional experience are preferred.
