Assistant Manager roles in our Commercial Banking team, specifically supporting health customers with borrowings up to 10m and customers with transaction size up to 75m.Role Location:

What will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Maintaining a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures
- Maintaining control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment process
- Acting in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approach
- Proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs
- Providing solution towards account maintenance and simple customer requests
- Supporting the Relationship Manager with management of a portfolio of SME customers
- Collaborating with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfil customers' needs
- Engaging specialist teams when required
