Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's technology roadmap and IT strategy.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CIO or similar leadership role.
- Expertise in developing and executing technology strategies to drive organizational growth.
- Strong knowledge of current technology trends and their relevance to business objectives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing and mentoring technology teams.
- Track record of successful implementation of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy best practices.
