In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team to drive organizational priorities and strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and high-level advice to the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team.
- Coordinate and support the obligations of the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team across business areas.
- Manage workflows through the Office of the Chief Executive (OCE) and provide strategic and administrative support.
- Ensure the strategic agenda is effectively driven throughout the governance framework of the agency.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent prioritisation and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in managing with influence and navigating diverse responsibilities across multiple projects.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with various teams and stakeholders.
- Adept at balancing competing priorities with a strategic mindset and sound judgement.
- Willingness to build knowledge of the Agency's work, people, and operating environment.
