Northern Beaches – Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The COO will ensure compliance with statutory obligations and promote best practice work, health and safety measures, prioritising the well-being of employees and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in senior leadership positions, ideally within the local government or a related public sector setting. They should demonstrate a proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and effective stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are essential for success in this role. A strong commitment to fostering workplace diversity, promoting inclusion, and ensuring safety is paramount.
