A leading commercial Real Estate fund manager with a track record of delivering strong returns is currently recruiting a Chief Operating Officer to their Sydney team. As the firm continues to expand their assets under management, a COO is required to drive the team to drive operational excellence across all facets of the business. The COO you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational strategy and ensuring the execution of the business objectives. The COO will oversee various operational functions and must posses a deep understanding of the Real Estate investment landscape, coupled with a proven ability to lead teams, implement best practices and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to support the firms growth objectives
Oversee various day to day administrative and operational business functions
Drive process optimisation and innovation to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
Cultivate a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability across the organisation
Implement robust risk management frameworks to mitigate operational, financial and regulatory risks
Requirements:
Experience working a similar role within Real Estate Funds
Bachelors degree in business, finance or law
Strong understanding of fund structures, Real Estate (commercial and industrial), financial markets and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking capabilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
