About the role
After The Bell Aus Outside School Hours Care at Seville Road State School are looking for a qualified and experience Co-ordinator Educator (shared role) to join our supportive and compassionate team at our fulfilling OSHC childcare environment. Use your Diploma qualifications and skills to help nurture and lead our children’s development and program!
Salary:
Part-time in-school term period with a minimum of 15 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday) with an hourly rate range of up to $34 per hour (depending on experience and qualification status) + additional superannuation.
Casual in school holiday period with a minimum of 25+ hours per week (Monday to Friday) with an hourly rate range from $38- $42 per hour (depending on experience and qualification status) + additional superannuation.
**Must be able to work in the Before School Care and After School Care program Tuesday to Friday (split shift allowance, and with weekly administration time paid)
The duties, experience, and responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and deliver the daily routine of the program.
- Able to work in a single-staff model program.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment
- Collaborate with a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the daily/ weekly care routines and programs for individual children and groups.
- Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers.
- Comply with and maintain company policies and procedures and Education and Care Laws and Regulations.
- Able to deliver and execute the program plan and menu to provide children with an engaging and fun daily OSHC.
- Has experience in caring for children with additional needs, behavioral, trauma, or willing to work in a caring environment where this caring support is or may be present.
- An understanding of the School-Aged Learning Framework.

Skills required for the role
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Industry approved qualification (Allied Health, Sport & Recreational, Teaching qualification)
- Current approved First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (HLTAID012) or willing to obtain before commencement.
- Working with Children Check (employee status).
- Child Safe Certificate or willing to obtain before commencement.
