The ideal applicant must have
- Enthusiastic, positive & motivating attitude
- Desire and willingness to learn
- Possess excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- The ability to liaise with all people at a high level of professionalism
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Diploma in Early Education and Care (Lead Educator)/Certificate 3 in Early Education and Care (Assistant Educator) or Working towards.
- Experience and knowledge of Regulations / The National Quality Framework
- Police Check
Duties include -
- Developing and Implementing programs for young children under the Early Years Learning Framework Curriculum
- Follow, implement and complete tasks set out in the company policies and procedures
- Training & mentoring colleagues
- Work in collaboration with the centre manager, team and management to deliver the mission and vision of the company
