Child Health Nurse | Northern Territory | Permanent Or Contract

Curis Recruitment currently has a fantastic opportunity available for you if you are a Child Health Nurse keen to work in the Northern Territory working for a fantastic Aboriginal Health Service.

The position:

• Permanent full time position OR 3-6 month fixed term contract may be considered also
• Salary of up to $125,000 per annum plus 11% superannuation

• 6 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading
• January/February start

You will be working for a Health Service who provides Primary Health Care services to Maningrida and surrounding homelands under a Community Control model.

As the Child Health Nurse you will be responsible for the clinic based aspect of the Child Health team, work collaboratively with the wider Child Health team. opportunistic and targeted health care delivery from the clinic base with planned outreach.

Some of the responsibilities of your position are:

• Work within the Child Health program in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality prevention and treatment
• Ensure the program has an identified cohort of clients and manage client lists in conjunction with the Child Health team ensuring active and timely follow up of client

To be eligible for this position you must:

• Have AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• Minimum one years recent Child Health Nursing experience ideally in a remote setting
