AddressMind Your Health Centre has part time contractor opportunities for a registered Child Psychologist, and paediatric focussed occupational therapist. If you have been thinking of making a change to private practice, we are the place.
We value our clinician's skills and broad level experience and take pride in the reputation we have built in our local community. We would love to find two new independent practitioners to join our small but growing multidisciplinary team. Ideally we are seeking professionals who enjoy working broadly with young people and their families.
Supervision, a varied case load of individual and highly motivated clients, and full administration support can be provided. A preference will be given to candidates that have capacity to work at least one after hours shift.
We are seeking candidates who have:
- a minimum of two years of similar experience
- evidence based counselling and coaching skills
- experience administering diagnostic assessments, report and case note writing
- great rapport building with children, adolescents and their families
- a friendly and professional demeanour
- the confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- full registration with AHPRA
- a Working With Children Check
- Medicare provider eligibility
- an ABN and professional insurances
- some availability to see clients after school and after work hours
- at least two valid referees
