What’s the role?
As our new Administrator, you will hold a pivotal place in our Centre Leadership Team and support your Centre Manager in the building of an exceeding centre.
This is a Permanent Part-time opportunity, across up to 37.5 hours across Monday to Friday.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ability to adhere to Journey’s child safe policy and code of conduct
- Creating weekly rosters, ensuring that wage budgets are being met
- Reviewing reports and data to make smart business decisions with your Centre Leadership team
- Dropbox archiving and document management
- Reviewing and collating Google reviews and parent feedback
- Roll marketing and reviewing attendance through daily reporting
- Managing maintenance requests and minor supplier management
- Ordering for the centre in line with budgets
- Event and activity planning and coordination
- Record keeping and compliance
- Credit card reconciliation
- CRM data integrity and analysis
- WHS audits and procedure
Who are you?
You are an experienced Administrator with a strong eye business acumen, compliance and the ability to build strong connections with your peers.
Role Requirements:
- Current Valid Working with Children Check
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong CRM and database experience
- Confidence working within the Microsoft office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Full Working Rights in Australia
