SalaryRise & Shine Kindergarten Summer Hill and Haberfield needs a Cook to help nourish little minds.
This is a casual role with shifts on Monday / Wednesday at our Haberfield centre and Thursday / Friday at our Summer Hill centre.
Our meal-time practice is centred around social development with Alfresco dining shared for Educators and Children, strengthening a family-like environment where children flourish.

- Create tasty meals and snacks that everyone loves?
The successful applicant must have:
- Recognised qualifications in Cookery/Hospitality/Chef + a current Food Handling & Food Safety certificate.
- Strong experience with cooking meals that come from the heart and meet guidelines.
- Knowledge of safe hygiene practice's.
- Current WWCC (or will apply for one)
- Experience working as a cook in a Childcare Centre will be highly regarded.
- Availability to work Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
- Attention to food costs including limiting waste and managing stock
- Flexible to cater to a variety of dietary needs/ allergies
- Preparation of nutritious meals that meet guidelines, and taste good.
