To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following:

• Food Safety Supervisor certificate (Essential)
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or working towards is desirable.
• Must have knowledge of food safety and an understanding of child nutrition needs.
• Workplace Health and Safety knowledge
• Experience in a childcare setting (Ideal)
• Current Working with Children Check Number

About the role:
Earlyhood Education & Care are currently looking for a passionate Childcare Cook to work at this 90-place family owned, boutique Centre located in Parramatta as their Centre Chef. We cater for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years of age.
This position is a full-time role, and you will be required to effectively manage the kitchen, prepare a variety of nutritious meals and afternoon teas for the children. Sharing your love of food with the children, families and the team is something we value! If you are a chef who love to grow and cook fresh ingredients right from the back of the garden, then this is the right fit for you.
