As an Educator you will be creating and maintaining fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments as well as maintain excellent relationships with families, children and other team members. You will be required to record children’s progress, routines and interests as well as ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices.
At Sparrow Early Learning Pacific Pines, we believe that building strong community ties provides a safe and enjoyable learning environment which then builds lifelong learners. We provide a play-based program which is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework. We are located within walking distance of the local high school and Shopping centre as well as Pacific Pines Central Park.
What you’ll need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Lead Educator applicants need minimum 1 years experience in a current Lead Educator role
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current & Valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
