Our newly renovated Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Jensen centre is seeking Diploma and Certificate III Educators to join our passionate team - permanent and casual positions available.

The role

• Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assisting to lead a classroom by effectively engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of the children
• You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
• You will work at all times in compliance with Government Regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet high quality standards
• You will network with relevant stakeholders in the local community
• You will have confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families
• You will have the ability to contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests that include a clear cycle of reflective practice

About you

• Certificate III, Diploma or higher qualification in children services as approved by ACECQA 
• Current approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
• Current Working with Children Card
• Minimum 12 months experience in an early childhood setting (preferred)
• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

For Lead Educators/Diploma Qualified:

• Prior experience and confidence with leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers
• Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families
• Ability to Implement stimulating programs, and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF
• Ability to observe and record children’s learning and contribute to their educational portfolios
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
