The Kidsoft Management Team has over 24 years of extensive Industry experience. Our mission is to combine our innovative product range with amazing customer support.
We are looking for an enthusiastic customer success Team Member (Happiness Ninja) with the following skills and attributes.
Key skills:
- Essential requirement is a knowledge of the Child Care Subsidy system (CCS)
- Understanding of the day-to-day operations of either a long day care, kindergarten, preschool, or OSHC service
- Comfortable working with various support tools – phone support, email, ticketing system
- Self motivation, resilience, time management and organisational skills as well as the ability to work autonomously
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve inbound support phone calls, emails and support tickets,
- Support the ongoing development and roll out of our product range,
- Onboarding of new customers, including delivery of online training and support documents,
- Managing an already existing client base and building strong business relationships with new and existing clients,
- Actively promote our workplace culture and company values.
This is a full-time role comprising of a minimum of 38 hours per week. Hybrid working model combining the ability to work from home and in the office.
Extensive mentoring and internal training will be available to the successful applicant.
