THE CHALLENGE
In this role you will provide support to our wholesale customers, brand leads and account managers via email and phone for all brands across the Boardriders family. Working in the Wholesale space, you will deal with customers based in Australia and New Zealand, providing exceptional service and a genuine brand experience during every interaction.
In this fast-paced environment, you’ll be required to multi-task, prioritize and simultaneously produce a high quality of work. You will thrive in a problem-solving role and get satisfaction out of troubleshooting issues for our mixed bag of retail store customers and sales teams. Get ready for a new challenge every day! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful you will have experience in a similar customer service, sales, purchasing or administration positions within a fast paced, high-volume environment. You will also have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with computer database systems (SAP experience preferred but not essential)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional time management, problem solving and organisational skills
- Data entry ability with attention to detail and accuracy
- Retail experience (preferred but not essential)
- Most importantly, you’ll thrive in a team environment and love our brands
