Key Responsibilities:
This role is designed to allow our junior Team Members to gain an understanding of the business, our customers, our product offering and the industry before moving into other areas of the business.
The successful candidate will have:
- A keen interest in current technology and software
- A focus to gain experience in a role focused on customer service and Customer Support
- A keen interest to develop the ability to investigate and resolve customer issues or enquiries
- An enthusiastic attitude toward learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities
- The ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through to completion
- Willingness to work within a team toward a common goal
- Constantly seeking to improve processes and systems
- The capability to show initiative and take on new tasks
What We’re Looking For:
This is an entry level position, so you do not require experience in the role or industry. There are no tertiary education requirements, the most important skill that you can bring is an amazing attitude and energy to learn Customer Support/service skills and gain real world experience in this area.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.

Occasional travel for team collaboration and meetings.
