- ECT in Early Childhood Service / Education and Care, or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check

- Good mentoring and leadership skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Right to work in Australia
- Ideally, at least 2 years experience as an Educator, or in a similar position
