Children's Services Educator - Diploma Qualified (or working towards), Pre-school (3-6y) 

Permanent position, Full Time - 40hpw with 4 weekly RDO and rotating shift times (part time will be considered) 

CSE 4.1 (will consider start rate at CSE 4.3 dependant on experience) - $31.54 - $34 p/hr

Renumeration is 7% above award rates

Start date – February 2024

Rose Park Community Childcare, in the Eastern suburbs of Adelaide, is built on over 50 years of expertise in Early Childhood Education and Care catering for 59 children a day. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with the Early Childhood Teacher in the preschool room. The successful candidate will be supported in their role, working with other experienced educators and the Educational Leader. We have a professional environment with generous provision for professional development. 

Essential Requirements:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or working towards) or ACECQA equivalent
• Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid & CPR or willingness to update 
• Child protection training or willingness to acquire
• Committed to delivering high quality care
• Flexible and punctual
• Commitment to Nature Play 
• Passionate and motivated in the education and care of children 

Highly desirable:

• Showing initiative
• Knowledge of both NQS and EYLF
• Experience working in early education and care settings
• Ability to write observations and contribute to curriculum design
• Computer skills
