Asian cusine experience CDP Large volume/ Bulk cooking We are seeking experienced Chefs specialising in Asian cuisine to join large, established businesses in Melbourne. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in high volume or bulk cooking, particularly in Asian cuisine. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes, including wok specialities, curries, Malaysian, and Chinese cuisine. Manage high volume cooking efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency. Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen work space. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in bulk cooking or high volume cooking, with a focus on Asian cuisine. Strong knowledge and experience in cooking wok dishes, curries, and Malaysian and Chinese specialities. Commercial cookery certifications or relevant qualifications.
