Job DescriptionLooking for a dedicated professional to drive the expansion of Business Assurance Training at SGS. This role, based in Brisbane CBD, is a full-time permanent position focused on ensuring the delivery of a leading-edge offer to both businesses and consumers in the market.Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
- Developing and executing business unit strategies to meet LC and revenue budgets, and deliver a high level of customer offer.
- Overseeing overall Training Operations and ensuring RTO compliance and ongoing accreditation.
- Developing a business strategy to drive focused revenue growth.
- Client visits with existing and potential clients.
- Ensuring the delivery of results and agreed services on time and with full customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring all inventory balances are well managed and any imbalances are accurately reported each month.
- Collaborating with the Procurement Team to deliver required savings to the business through suppliers.
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with Corporate IT policies and National IT standards for SGS systems and equipment.
- Supporting the implementation of national and international safety initiatives.
- Ensuring all safety improvement notices are actioned and escalated to a senior level.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years management experience in a training organisation or RTOs.
- Experience in managing a large team across multiple disciplines.
- Understanding of financial principles and expense management.
- Understanding of marketing principles including digital technologies.
- Experience in selling to ‘C’ level clients.
- Experience in tender submissions and negotiating large contracts.
