About the business and the role
The Spine Studio is a holistic Chiropractic and Wellness studio located in Warwick, Perth WA.
We seek a highly motivated, dedicated admin and customer service assistant who will be responsible for the organisational and administrative tasks of the practice. You must also be genuinely passionate about health and wellness, as you will be playing an important role in empowering people along their health and wellness journey. You will be part of our close-knit team, working towards our vision of being a hub for holistic health that empowers people to live an aligned life!
Job tasks and responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to assist in the smooth day-to day operations of our busy, growing practice; provide unconditional support to the Chiropractors and practice members and contribute to the continued growth of this thriving practice.
Core duties include:
- Receiving and making calls
- Receipting and booking appointments
- Interacting with practice members of all ages and providing excellent customer service
- Record management and filing
- Providing clinical support to the Chiropractors during examinations and note-taking
- Active involvement in studio initiatives, marketing and community outreach projects
- Other administrative and organisational tasks
Skills and experience
We are looking for someone with:
- A friendly, warm, welcoming, and caring approach to customer service
- The ability to develop rapport and connect with people of all ages and stages of life
- A strong administrative background with excellent computer skills
- A professional, highly motivated, reliable team player
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A genuine interest and commitment to health and wellness
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with the ability to prioritise tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Great initiative and a positive, 'can do' attitude.
The successful candidate will also have a preference for working in a highly structured environment with systems and procedures and their own mode of transport. Flexibility in work hours would be an advantage to fit in with the needs of the practice and holiday cover if needed.
Chiropractic or health knowledge would be advantageous; however it is not essential.
Job benefits and perks
This role is part-time for 20-25 hours per week, with hours ranging from 7.30am - 12pm and to 2.30pm - 6.30pm Monday to Saturday. Continued growth of the practice will open up more work opportunities and role advancement as an added incentive.
The practice is close to the Centro Warwick Shopping Centre with plenty of public transport nearby (bus routes and Warwick train station). The studio is also located near the Warwick Road Freeway exit.
