About the Role:
- The CHPP Maintenance Planner is responsible for scoping, planning & coordinating maintenance activities in the Clarence CHPP to safely & efficiently meet the maintenance & operational needs of the client.
Responsibilities
- Compliance with & a demonstrated commitment to the Qube and Centennial’s Clarence CHPP site, Health & Safety Management Systems
- Demonstrate work health and safety leadership at all times.
- Provide input into incident & near miss investigations and complete assigned corrective actions as required
- Responsible for spare parts in the CHPP store including ordering, managing incoming deliveries, sorting & stowing of parts and maintaining sufficient min/max levels
- Collate all scheduled work orders & attach the correct SWP to each work order
- Develop the weekly CHPP maintenance plan including planned & corrective work orders
- Monitor that contractors and visitors comply with all site safety requirements and use appropriate PPE
- Communicate emerging CHPP maintenance issues with the CHPP Process Coordinator & Centennial/Clarence CHPP Management team
- Provide operations and maintenance duties including shift coverage if required to support the CHPP operation and client requirements
- Your responsibilities will include other tasks which your Manager may instruct you to undertake from time to time which may include but not be limited to Project Work, Role Replacement or other duties as the business demands determine
About You
Essential
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
- Current Order 43 Pre Placement Health Assessment.
- Trade Qualifications.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a CHPP planner, supervisor or similar maintenance role.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & Project).
- Literacy and numeracy skills for report writing.
Desirable
- Supervisor Training, RIIRIS301, RIIOHS301, RIICOM301 (known as S1, S2 & S3).
- Training in Incident Investigation.
- Post trade training in Maintenance Planning
- Graduate Certificate in Asset & Maintenance Management
