THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking Sales Advisors to join our team at Darwin International Airport.
As a Christmas Casual at Lotte Duty Free, you will be working in a fast-paced, customer centric environment with a friendly and diverse team.
Additional duties include:

• Engaging with customers on the sales floor
• Inform passengers of the conditions relating to their purchases e.g. customs requirements
• Be aware of, and adhere to, Airport security emergency and health and safety procedures

ABOUT YOU

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to work well and effectively as part of a team and individually
• Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
• Must be over 18 years old
• A reasonable level of physical fitness, as some manual handling/heavy lifting will be involved
• The ability to speak a second language will be highly regarded

We request that our Christmas team have availability to work between 1st December 2023 to mid - February 2024, including weekends, Public Holidays & late-night trade evenings.

HOURS

• Availability to work from 22:00pm to 1:00am
• Due to airport hours, it is important that the individual is flexible with regards to availability for hours of work.
