Pain Management ClinicTeam Leader

- Monday - Friday clinic with flexibility in days worked.
- Multidisciplinary program assessing and facilitating goal orientated treatment for adults with Chronic Pain.
Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a Pain Management ClinicTeam Leader to join our Subacute Ambulatory Care Services (SACS) on a part-time basis covering long service leave.
Contribute to the Pain Management Clinic’s comprehensive clinical assessment and interdisciplinary management plan based on best practice and in collaboration with clients and the interdisciplinary team. Conducting individual and group based programs.
The Pain Management ClinicTeam Leader is responsible for coordinating the clinic, as per the specialist clinic model of care. Liaise with interdisciplinary health professionals, and key stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates with:
- Team leading experience
- Experience with Pain Management would be preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
