In this new role, we are seeking a customer focused Team Leader to lead our amazing Member Services team! You will play a critical role in coaching and mentoring a team of Member Services Consultants & Officers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position reports to our Head of Member Services.
About You:
Each day is fast paced, to add value and succeed in this role you will bring the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in client services, customer success, or account management within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive finance, leasing, or insurance products and services, with previous experience in novated leasing considered a plus.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and performance metrics, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive client experiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
