As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Lead, manage and monitor your team on a day to day basis
- Daily procedures for opening & closing the restaurant are adhered to
- Continually maintain high production, productivity and customer-service standards
- Following & ensuring Hotel policies & procedures are implemented
- Handling guest feedback
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation, keeping all work areas both front of house and back of house clean and in working order
