We are a small, highly-focused consultancy dedicated to driving digital transformation and operational excellence. We are now looking to expand our team with a Cin7 Implementation Project Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the supply chain environment, embraces innovative technology, and is eager to help businesses thrive in the cloud.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a seasoned professional in the supply chain industry who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. We are looking for a proven track record in training and mentoring staff, and the ability to turn complex technical concepts into accessible language for those with little or no IT experience. We seek someone who is process-driven, constantly seeking ways to optimize workflows and improve business operations.

Our ideal candidate has experience setting up or managing supply chain IMS systems, online and eCommerce channels, and understands the fundamentals of inventory management, purchasing, light manufacturing, and reporting. We appreciate expertise in managing integrations, whether turnkey or bespoke, to optimize workflows and reduce double entry.

About the role

As an CIN7 Implementation Project Manager, you will:

  • Engage businesses to plan and execute the migration and rollout of their inventory and manufacturing management systems, Point of Sale, and add-ons (Online B2C/B2B portals, 3PL/EDI integrations, integrated accounting, loyalty, and marketing, etc.).
  • Act as the 'Go to' person to ensure projects move forward and customer expectations are met.
  • Provide input to the sales team on implementation estimates, scope, and project planning.
  • Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously, ensuring they all stay on track.
  • Deliver engaging training workshops that inspire entrepreneurs and business managers to learn new tools that will revolutionize their business operations.
  • Troubleshoot and support clients as they become familiar with new systems.
  • Assign tasks, identify issues, call out risks, follow up, and report statuses as required.
  • Lead projects according to the project plan.
  • Guide the customer's Project Manager and our team on the delivery approach to ensure successful software implementation.
  • Provide feedback to the wider team about the status of projects, training KPIs, and review support tickets in weekly meetings.
  • Ensure successful delivery – on time, on budget, within the agreed scope, and delivering expected value/outcome for the customer.
  • Coordinate project closure, ensuring all deliverables are completed.
  • Elevate the SMB Consultants community by providing outstanding service and support that exceeds expectations. Ensure your customers become advocates, raving about the transformative value you bring to their business.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years in Supply Chain Management.
  • Time Management and Communication: Exemplary skills in managing time effectively and communicating clearly.
  • Project Management: Strong project management abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid expertise in software configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong presentation and people skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in formatting Microsoft Excel for product import, etc.
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of how Small to Medium Businesses use technology.

Desirable

  • Project management experience
  • Financial management accounting/bookkeeping knowledge
  • Knowledge of eCommerce customization and integrations
  • Warehouse management experience
  • Data analyst experience working with dashboards and BI tools
  • Experience working with EDI or 3PL integrations
  • Previous work experience in Retail, Wholesale, and/or Manufacturing environments preferred.
