You will work closely with Business Development Managers, Technology partners, Sales and Support teams to run product setups and deliver client boarding for some of Australia and New Zealand’s well known organizations.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implementation kick-off meetings with client and internal teams to outline implementation plan.
- Managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally
- Planning, managing and delivering the implementation of new client programs, within agreed delivery SLAs/timeframes
- Manage/maintain the project plan, checklists and supporting documents.
- PIV and Pilot Management
- Facilitate client documentation and boarding of new facilities and services (including client application, KYC, third-party vendor facility management and new user platform setup).
- Providing sound technical knowledge of our product and its capabilities
- Handover to BAU Support for merchant issue and query requests after 1 month of implementation.
- Manage first 30 days experience post boarding as a new Fiserv customer.
- Minimum of 5 years of client implementation, project or change management experience.
- Relevant years of experience in sales, technical support, implementation, and/or product development with strong consultative and strategic sales support skill sets. Payment processing industry experience is highly desired.
- Proven experience gained within Acquiring/Financial Services or Retail industry sectors highly desired.
- Experience in Omni-channel Payment Acceptance including terminals and E-Commerce.
- Proven experience working with Sales, Product and Technology.
- A strong understanding of Business Development and RFP processes
- Knowledge of Product Line Strong customer service, relationship management, Debugging and problem-solving skills
- Capable of working independently as well as an efficient team player
- Ability to work with strict deadlines.
- 5 years’ experience in leading teams that support Business Management, Product Management, Service Delivery functions.
- Project management, change management or continuous improvement certification.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree accreditation
